3. Instruments subject to the made affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—

7. Covert Human Intelligence Sources (Criminal Conduct) Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in this Bill.

8. Scottish General Election (Coronavirus) Bill: The Committee will consider the progress of the Bill ahead of Stage 2.
