Non-surgical Procedures and Functions of Medical Reviewers (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence from— Jenni Minto, Minister for Public Health and Women's Health, Owen Griffiths, Legislation Team Leader, Rachel Coutts, Lawyer, and Alison McLeod, Lawyer, Scottish Government. 6. Non-surgical Procedures and Functions of Medical Reviewers (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier, and a draft report. 7. Dog Theft (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 8. Contract (Formation and Remedies) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
